Each beautiful home evokes a feeling of sophisticated ease and refined Polynesian elegance. All three are equipped with a full range of amenities to ensure your stay exceeds all expectations and even beckons you back, time and again.
With their delightfully individual characters Ta’i, Rua and Toru embody the essence of laid-back island life.
Ta’i is the top floor of our 2 storey colonial style home (with 2 x king bedrooms, 1 with direct access
to the balcony), featuring stunning views over the pool, tropical gardens and nearby Mt Raemaru.
Rua is the ground floor of our 2 storey colonial style home with a private garden setting, 2 double
bedrooms and its own private covered veranda/terrace.
Toru is our stand alone large adobe style bungalow home, with its own covered outdoor bath and
rain shower, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen with spacious dining/living area,
and a huge covered veranda, perfect for outdoor dining.

“We are returning guests to Arcadia Retreat as it is the best place we have found after a few visits to Rarotonga. Both visits we have stayed in Villa Rua. We have viewed Villa Ta’i and Villa Toru as well and they are equally amazing. This beautiful retreat is not beachside, which makes it much more private, serene and quiet from so many other properties on Rarotonga. The BBQ/pool area is huge for only three Villas so again privacy and serenity is not compromised……
